Coffee & Chat visit from Longfield Hospice

A chance to hear about the massively important service that this organisation provides.

Louise will be visiting from the community hospice to outline their services -  which are available to a broad  group, not just those with terminal prognoses but those also with a variety of life limiting conditions.

Louise will be happy to sit and chat with us over a cuppa, and answer any questions we may have. All are welcome.
